Ward & Cabin Categories

You may choose from different categories of in-patient beds/rooms of the hospital, including General Ward (AC/ Non AC), Special Cabin, Deluxe Cabin, VIP Cabin & Share Cabin. Beds/Cabins are allotted depending on your choice and availability. We also have a Day Care Unit for patients who have had outpatient procedures. We also have 16 16-bed specialized state-of-the-art Intensive Care Unit & 14-bed NICU for neonates.

Nursing Care

BIHS General Hospital provides 24-hour comprehensive, individualized nursing care for in-patients based on their assessed nursing needs. To provide the best quality nursing care, the nursing personnel’s are selected on a merit basis and thereafter prepared adequately by education and Hands-on Training. After enrolment, all our nurses are being well-oriented with the clinical services to meet the needs of the organizational goal towards humanitarian services.

Accoommodation For Attendants

One attendant is allowed to stay with the patient in the room after visiting hours (12.00 pm – 1.00 am and 6.00 pm – 7.00 pm). It is mandatory to carry the Attendant Pass issued against each patient at the time of admission.

Generally, the attendant should vacate the room/ward when the patient is shifted to HDU or ICU. However, the attendant may still retain the room, but in this case, the patient will be charged for double occupancy (bed charge + HDU/ICU charge). This is however, allowed subject to the availability of the rooms.
